Shipping, Returns and Exchanges


Orders are processed here on Squarespace using either PayPal or Stripe and are subject to product availability. Our products are made small batch by hand, so please be patient with us as we work to meet your needs. All orders are shipped via USPS First Class from The Fieldhouse in Leavenworth County, KS. We use sustainable packaging (Awesome, right?) and strive to ensure your orders arrive in excellent condition. We will also send tracking information via email for each order.

At this time our studio only offers domestic shipping. If you would like to discuss international orders please email us at bryanlisbona@gmail.com and we will see what we can do! (We have literally sent stuff to France so yeah, even the French love Kansas.) Don't like using your credit card on the internet? Send us a message and we can work together to complete your purchase using Venmo!

All apparel sales are final and our team reserves the right to accept or deny any returns. If you are not 100% satisfied with our products, returns are considered within 30-days of purchase. The item(s) need to be unworn / unused / unlaundered and in otherwise new condition. Collar tags must remain intact on all apparel to qualify for a return. You are responsible for return shipping and we are not liable for lost or stolen packages. After your return is received and reviewed a refund will be considered and our team will contact you.

Exchanges are even easier! All exchanges will be considered as new orders and you can place them anytime on our website! Follow the return instructions listed in the previous paragraph to setup a return. If you would like to meet locally for an exchange, that can also be arranged. Fit Specifications


Here at Kinfolk, we transfer ink onto fabric the old-fashioned way using traditional screen print methods. Frames, mesh screens, film, ink, chino, squeegees, and heat all come together to deliver shirts overflowing with local history. Our work is done by hand in small batches and each garment is inspected to ensure premium quality. That said, we are only human and we sometimes mess up. Sorry! We will work to make it right if we do!

We print apparel on what the kids these days call a “modern” fit. Think “unisex” from back in the day. Each tee is super-soft and made from the best mix of available textiles from names you know and trust. We regularly use a rotisserie of brands including Bella+Canvas, American Apparel, District, Gildan, Next Level and others.
